Corporate Catering – CYFOR Digital Evidence

Wednesday 18th February 2015 was a early start for those at Samuel James Events. We were taking our services down to Manchester city centre for a bespoke breakfast event. CYFOR Digital Evidence had asked us to prepare and serve a beautiful breakfast for their conference with DWF at their offices in Spinningfields, Manchester.

They were all treated to Freshly Toasted Bagels with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon, Continental Hams and Cheeses with Artisan Breads, Freshly Baked Croissants, Danish Pastries, Pain au Chocolate, Brioche and Preserves, and Fresh Tropical Fruits with Greek Yoghurt, Honey and Granola.

Our uniformed waiting staff served Breakfasts Teas, Coffee and Tisanes, as well as Freshly Squeezed Juices and Fruit Smoothies.

Mr Shaikh, Head of Marketing and Communications for CYFOR, said “Samuel and his team provided us with exceptional catering and fantastic service for our event in Spinningfields, Manchester.
