One for the Weekend: Piña Colada
Imagine yourself lying on a beach. What is the first drink that springs to mind? Yes that’s right, the Piña Colada!
Here’s the recipe, give it a try.
Ingredients (serves 1):
35ml Golden Rum
1 tbsp Coconut Flavoured Rum
50ml Coconut Cream
50ml Pineapple Juice
4 Pineapple Chunks (We used tinned – don’t tell anyone!)
Method:
Pour the two rums, coconut cream, pineapple juice and pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well till cold.
To serve, strain into a glass, top with a cherry and consume.
How easy was that!
